2. High-performance programmable controller making overall rewinding operation quite easily. Length counting and tension control are via LED touch screen.
3. Pneumatic paper tube securing design, with robust paper tube easy and quick for loading and unloading, promoting efficiency to the most.
4. Hydraulic loading mechanism(optional) ensuring easy and simple material loading operations.
5. Material press roll controlled with cylinder, with pressure adjustable. The semi-finished products are pressed properly to ensure smooth and steady rewinding of semi-finished products.
Optional parts:
1. Automatic jumbo roll loading device: this device can loads jumbo roll easily onto unwinding shaft with help of hydraulic lifter .
2. EPC alignment device: if tape jumbo roll is not in order, EPC alignment device can help solve this problem.
