In the international and domestic market, there are several kinds of medical tape, such as Pe punching tape, zinc-oxide tape, non-woven tape, silk tape etc

1. Hot melt tape coating machine
Raw material: non-sticky material, PE film, fabric, silk rolls, non-woven and hot melt glue.
 
Working craft of hot melt tape coating machine :
Raw material unwinding section--- hot melt glue coating (spray coating or net coating)---release film lamination part--- semi tape jumbo roll rewinding
 
2. Pe punching machine
Machine function is to make holes on Pe tape, in order to produce breathe and easily teared tape . there is one mould roller on the machine , another heat roller (heated by conduction oil) can flatten Pe tape well. Last process is rewind Pe tape jumbo roll.
